Dubreuilville:   Dubreuilville is a friendly, vibrant community with a population of approximately 770 which is a wonderful tourism venue visit and in which to reside. On the Agawa Canyon Tour and located at the end of Hwy 519 east off the Trans-Canada Highway, it is a great colourful and friendly place to see. The little French Canadian town is in the heart of the Magpie Forest and is a great place to enjoy during any their distinctive and colourful seasons. The main industry is Dubreuil Forest Products Limited.

Hornepayne:  With a population of 1200 is a welcome oasis to both tourists and travelers alike. The town is situated 400 km northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, via Highway 17 & 631, also accessible by air and rail. The major employers are Canadian National Railways and Olav Haavaldsrud Timber Co.  

Manitouwadge:  With a population of 2300 Manitouwadge continues to be a friendly community, where dedicated individuals carry on the efforts of the early pioneers and where a handshake seals friendships. Manitouwadj, an Ojibway word meaning "Cave of the Great Spirit", is testament to the early inhabitants of the area. To get to Manitouwadge take highway 614 off of Highway 17.

Wawa:    Wawa is a community located in Michipicoten Township in the Algoma District. The community is known for its 28-foot-tall metal statue of a Canada goose, which was built in 1963. Wawa takes its name from the Ojibwe word for "wild goose", wewe. Wawa was defined as wild goose in the Songs of Hiawatha. With a population of 3,200, a caring community with a friendly, hard-working and energetic labour force and a great location on Highway 101, just a few kilometres east of the junction with Highway 17, Wawa is a great place to visit.

Chapleau:     The Township of Chapleau is located on the edges of the Chapleau Crown Game Preserve, the Largest Game Preserve in the entire world. With a friendly, bilingual population, Chapleau would make anyone feel comfortable enough to return and plant roots of their own here.  Located on the junction of Highway 101 and 129, Chapleau has an approximate population of 2,350 and the major industries within town are the Tembec mill and the Canadian Pacific Railway railways. 

White River:    White River is a small town of 840 but a progressive community located on the TransCanada Highway 17.
